Send a sharp, high-resolution digital photo (JPG, PNG, or BMP). Avoid blurry or dark images—clear faces and good lighting create the best crystals.

Caring for your 3D crystal
Cleaning
Gently wipe fingerprints or dust with a soft microfiber cloth, like the type used for eyeglasses. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.
Placement
Display your crystal somewhere stable, away from sharp edges. An LED light base is ideal to highlight the 3D engraving and create a glowing effect.
Longevity
