Depending on where you place the crystal, it may be hard to see the design since the crystal is transparent and the etching is entirely white. We recommend adding a Light Base to bring your engraving to life.
The production time is one business day. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you select. You can see the options on our website upon checkout.
We do not provide proofs before an order is placed. After placing an order, you may request a 3D proof by adding your instructions to the Order Note. Please note that requesting a proof may extend the production time.
Our designers create the 3D engraving based on the photo you provide. Please make sure your photo is clear and contains the details you want represented.
Proofs are part of our customization process and are not advertised as a free service. If you request changes after the customization work has been completed, additional customization charges may apply.

If you prefer to keep the original background, simply leave a note in the "Order Note" box. Keep in mind that we can only add the background in 2D.
Yes. You can see the recommended number of figures in the size selection section on the products page. If the picture you upload has more figures than the recommended, we'll proceed with the design in 2D, and each figure will look tiny on the engraving.

Yes, we ship to places all around the world! Some areas that we do not ship to (yet!) include Africa, China, Palestine, Southwest Asia, and Yugoslavia. As for shipping and handling pricing, that would all depend on your country, what shape, size, and weight of your entire order, and if you need the crystal to be shipped with expedited shipping.
