HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our standard shipping methods are USPS Ground for U.S. orders and UPS Standard for Canadian orders, which typically arrive within 2–4 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays.
If you require expedited shipping, we offer DHL Worldwide Express. You can upgrade to an express shipping option during checkout.
All shipping and handling fees include insurance.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
The estimated delivery date is displayed upon checkout.
*Your delivery time depends on which shipping method you select. When calculating delivery time, remember all orders have 1-2 business days processing time and have a production cut-off time of 2:00 pm EST in addition to the shipping method that is selected. Also, keep in mind the distance between us and you. We are located Mississauga, ON*
** During the holiday season, the processing time is prolonged to 2-4 days. Make sure to get your order in early to be able to receive your order on time.
*Please note: The above does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Other Countries.*
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Orders with in the USA and CANADA:
The price of shipping varies from order to order. This price is calculated by the weight of the package, size of the parcel, method of shipping, and location of ship-to address.
International Orders:
3D Crystal Gift is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.
All international orders ship via DHL Express Worldwide or CanadaPost and then get transferred to your local post office. All pricing is different, pertaining to the size of the crystal, weight, and location.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order HAS NOT shipped, we are able to change your shipping address in our system. Please contact Customer Service immediately at 1-657-666-2353. If it HAS shipped, it is not guaranteed we can change the address. We can contact the carrier for the status of your shipment, to see if an address change is possible. If yes, a change fee will be applied by Carrier and the delivery time will be delayed.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Yes, we do. All orders shipping to a PO Box will be sent via USPS.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES?
Yes, we do. All orders shipping to APO addresses will be sent via UPS and have a longer estimated delivery time.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to places all around the world!

Some areas we do not ship to (yet!) including Africa, China, Palestine, Southwest Asia, and Yugoslavia. If you are unsure if we ship to your country, send an email to support@3dcrystalgift.co and we will let you know.
