Depending on where you place the crystal, it may be hard to see the design since the crystal is transparent and the etching is entirely white. We recommend adding a Light Base to bring your engraving to life.

The production time is one business day. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you select. You can see the options on our website upon checkout.

We do not offer proofs for before placing the orders. Since our designers do their best to match the 3D engraving to the submitted image, your photo serves as proof. If you really must see a proof, please specify in the ‘Order Note’. Do keep in mind that if a proof is asked for, the production period becomes prolonged. If you are not happy with the proof and would like to swap out the image, there would be an extra $20 charge to swap out the original image. Please be sure to specify any instructions you have to the designers in the "Order Note" before placing an order. If the customer does not write in the Order Note, the designers have free will to move around the image and text, to allow for the best possible outcome of the crystal.

If you prefer to keep the original background, simply leave a note in the "Order Note" box. Keep in mind that we can only add the background in 2D.

Yes. You can see the recommended number of figures in the size selection section on the products page. If the picture you upload has more figures than the recommended, we'll proceed with the design in 2D, and each figure will look tiny on the engraving.
